  1. Admission & Registration
  • Admission is subject to the availability of seats and completion of registration.
  • All personal information provided by parents/guardians must be accurate and complete.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission at its discretion.
  1. Fees & Payments
  • All class fees must be paid on or before the 1st day of each month.
  • All payments shall be made via online transfer through the methods approved by the Administration. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • All other payments (registration, examinations, material fees, etc.) shall follow administrative instructions as issued from time to time.
  • Payment receipts must be retained for reference and forwarded via WhatsApp to the designated number or group.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under written approval of the management.
  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension from classes until dues are cleared.
  • The institution reserves the right to revise class fees or payment methods with prior notice.
  1. Attendance & Punctuality
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes regularly and punctually.
  • Absenteeism exceeding three (3) months may lead to automatic cancellation of registration. Rejoining thereafter will require fresh re-registration.
  • For online classes, students must use their registered Zoom link and maintain appropriate classroom discipline.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to review participation when attendance or conduct affects learning quality.
  1. Conduct & Discipline
  • Students must maintain respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and peers.
  • Misconduct, use of inappropriate language, or disruption of classes will lead to disciplinary action.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student violating institutional standards.
  1. Academic Performance & Assessments
  • Students will be evaluated periodically through monthly, quarterly, and annual assessments.
  • External exam participation (e.g., British Council) follows respective guidelines and fees.
  1. Online & Zoom Classes
  • Students must have a reliable internet connection and attend classes with cameras on (where required).
  • Sharing of Zoom links, class materials, or recordings is strictly prohibited.
  • The institution is not responsible for technical failures or internet disruptions on the student’s side.
  1. Study Materials & Copyright
  • All course content, notes, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of King’Z Educational Foundation and Kumudu Teacher.
  • Reproduction, recording, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
  1. Staff Conduct and Responsibilities
  • All teaching, administrative, and technical staff are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all institutional matters.
  • Staff members must adhere to the ethical standards and policies of the Foundation.
  • Misconduct, negligence, or breach of confidentiality may lead to disciplinary action or termination.
  • Staff are required to respect students, parents, and colleagues and uphold the good name of King’Z Educational Foundation at all times.
  • Administrative and technical staff must follow directives of the management in all operational and communication matters.
  • All internal information, student data, and institutional materials must be treated as confidential.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Personal data of students, parents, and staff will be used solely for educational and administrative purposes.
  • The Foundation will maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection guidelines.
  1. Safety & Responsibility
  • While ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, the Foundation is not liable for any unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
  • Parents are responsible for students before and after class hours.
  1. Amendments
  • The Foundation reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The updated version will be published on the official website or notice board.

KING’Z EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS (PARENT SUMMARY)

  • All class fees must be paid online on or before the 1st day of every month.
  • Keep your payment receipt and send it via WhatsApp as directed by the Administration.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Students must attend classes regularly. Being absent for more than 3 months may cancel registration.
  • All classes are conducted in a respectful and disciplined environment – both physical and zoom.
  • Online links and materials are only for registered students. Sharing is not allowed.
  • All learning materials are property of King’Z Educational Foundation and Kumudu Teacher.
  • Parents are responsible for students before and after classes.
  • The Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
